2025 TOURNAMENT

The Eighth annual Fortegra High School 9:12 Basketball Invitational was won by University Christian, with a win over Middleburg 75-69. The Fighting Christians defeated First Coast in the first round, 83-56. 

 

Middleburg defeated Bolles 53-52 with a last-minute rally to advance to the championship game. 
 

Damarri Young-Grant from University Christian won the Tournament MVP. He was joined on the All Tournament team by fellow Fighting Christian players Markel Holmes and Preston Pride. Bolles forward Jessie Williams and Middleburg guard Parker James were also selected to the All-Tournament team.  

 We will return to the eight team, three-day tournament in 2026.
