The first ever All Sports Media Day Presented by First Coast YMCA and Baker's Sporting Goods was hosted at the Winston Family YMCA on February 25th, 2020.​ All high schools from the Jacksonville area were invited to bring four athletes from any sports to interact and be interviewed by various media outlets.

The sixth annual Spring Sports Media Day will take place at the Winston Family YMCA from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on a date in the Spring of 2026.
